vippkr Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the vippkr platform, accessible at vippkr.fun, and all related services including the vippkr mobile app, Sports Betting, Casino, Game Lobby, and any promotional offers. By accessing or using any part of the vippkr platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and any specific rules that govern individual products or promotions on vippkr. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific product rule, the specific rule will take precedence for that product.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use vippkr you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on vippkr.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering at the direction of a third party.

vippkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or other documentation as required. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or fund withholding until verification is complete.

Providing false information during registration — including a name, date of birth or address that does not match your actual identity — is grounds for immediate account closure. Any balance in a fraudulently registered account may be forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each registered user is permitted to hold one account on vippkr. If you are found to have registered more than one account — whether under your real name, a variation of it, or a different name entirely — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and secure at all times.
• All activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested.
• Ensuring that nobody else has access to your account credentials.
• Notifying vippkr support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

vippkr will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. All bets and transactions made from your account while it is accessible are treated as having been made by you.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be marked as dormant. vippkr will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action on a dormant account. Any remaining balance in a genuinely dormant account will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable policies at the time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vippkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your vippkr account instantly for mobile wallet methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever the method supports outgoing transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• vippkr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.
• You may not deposit funds on behalf of another player, nor may another person deposit funds into your account.

Funds deposited into your vippkr account are held for gaming purposes only. vippkr is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. If you wish to withdraw a balance that has not been used for betting, you may request a withdrawal at any time subject to identity verification being complete.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on vippkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. These rules are accessible within the Sports Betting and Betting sections of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable betting rules.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the platform. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is received.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• All cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — are settled based on official results published by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to that format will apply.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. vippkr cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play betting and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• vippkr reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error, or where technical malfunctions resulted in incorrect pricing.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing your bet.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you must contact support within 72 hours of the official result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. vippkr's decision on bet settlement disputes, made after reviewing available evidence, is final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vippkr offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The general bonus rules below apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts involved being closed.
• vippkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: irregular betting patterns, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors.
• Free bets must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused free bets expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Certain promotions may be restricted to specific payment methods, sports, or game categories. These restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Winnings derived from bonus play that exceed the stated maximum bonus winnings cap will be removed from the account prior to withdrawal processing.

vippkr reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-run, reasonable notice will be provided where possible and any qualifying activity already completed will be honoured where practical.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vippkr. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotions collectively.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack or otherwise compromise the vippkr platform or its infrastructure.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or vippkr staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

8 Responsible Gaming

vippkr is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that while the vast majority of players engage with the platform for entertainment within their means, some individuals may develop problematic gaming habits. We take this seriously and provide a range of tools to help players stay in control.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion allows you to suspend your account for a defined period — ranging from a short break to an extended exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive marketing communications from vippkr.
• vippkr does not extend credit to players. You may only play with funds you have deposited yourself.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vippkr platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vippkr or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without explicit written permission.

You may access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Scraping odds data, copying game content, or reproducing any part of the vippkr platform for any external purpose is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

vippkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay or technical fault.

• vippkr is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• vippkr is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to a system error that is subsequently corrected.
• In cases where a technical error has resulted in bets being accepted at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, vippkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Privacy & Data

vippkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this platform. By registering and using vippkr, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal and financial data is handled with care. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to process transactions, verify identity or comply with applicable requirements — for example, with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa to facilitate your PKR deposits and withdrawals.
